TENDING THE ROOTS

TENDING THE ROOTS .

Before we bloom, we must root.
Tending the Roots is the sacred beginning—a return to the origin stories that help us understand ourselves, our bodies, our illnesses, and our purpose.

This phase of the path is not about quick fixes. It’s about understanding. Unlearning. Repatterning. Here, we explore healing philosophies that reawaken ancient memory.

We must be gentle. We must be simple. We must be slow.
Slow is smooth—and smooth is fast. Heal from urgency culture and lean in to wellness.

This includes:

  • Rooted in Wisdom – Understanding foundational philosophies of healing; how I came to this path

  • Your Mindful Self – Cultivating mental clarity, emotional resilience, and grounding practices

  • Creative Alchemy – Transforming our inner world as creators of our own lives; using art and expression to heal

This is the tender work of becoming whole—of laying the foundation for all that follows.
