Core Teachings :
I have collected these 15 teachings over the course of my healing journey. I see them as mechanics of the universe, actualized through folk medicine, theories on subtle energies, quantum physics, and trusted healing lineages.
When two cells meet, they don’t just make contact—they communicate. Through molecular signaling, they share vital information: viruses encountered, immune responses triggered, survival strategies learned. It’s cooperation at the smallest scale—a biological impulse toward mutual resilience.
Seeds of Sattva follows this same principle.
These teachings are offerings—distilled from lived experience, shared in the hope that what has supported my healing might support yours too. May we heal together.

1. Science + Spirit are the same
There is no real divide between empirical truth and mystical truth. The patterns of sacred geometry, the intelligence of cells, the spiral of galaxies and the spiral of a seashell—they’re all encoded messages from the divine. Healing happens when we remember we are made of both data and divinity

2. The best medicine is being your truest self.
When you live in alignment with your essence—your truth, gifts, and values—your body responds. Immunity strengthens. Vitality returns. The "truest self" is the self that is undistorted by fear, shame, or performance; it is the version of you that is free, rooted, and connected to purpose.

3. One bad thought made everyone sick.
Colonization wasn’t just a political act—it was a psychological virus. The thought that one way of life is superior to another birthed systemic disconnection, disease, and ecological destruction. Just as native bodies weren’t immune to western disease, native wisdom wasn't immune to ideological domination.

4. Isolation increases chaos.
Disconnection breeds distortion. When we remove ourselves from healthy mirrors, our inner dialogue can spiral into confusion and despair. Human beings are meant to be witnessed, held, and reflected in others. True healing begins when we are safely seen.

5. There is no illness—only right and wrong relationship.
Symptoms are not enemies, but messengers. Every affliction is a form of communication—revealing imbalance in how we relate to food, people, thoughts, the earth, or ourselves. When we realign our relationships, disease loses its foothold.

6. Imbalance accumulates until you deal with it
What is unhealed compounds over time, becoming chronic and harder to treat. The longer we ignore emotional, spiritual, or physical imbalance, the more it solidifies. Honesty and action—no matter how small—are the antidotes to stagnation.

7. How we do anything is how we do everything.
Our micro-patterns echo into every corner of our lives. The way we wash a dish, speak to a friend, or approach rest reflects our overall relationship to life. Healing is found in the smallest actions repeated with presence—bringing reverence and mindfulness to the mundane is how we create a life of integrity.

8. Thoughts are everything.
Your thoughts carry energy, and that energy becomes the blueprint your body responds to. Though change is not always instant, your inner narrative shapes your cellular responses. Like microorganisms influencing ecosystems, your thoughts shift the subtle field around and within you.

9. We are keyboards responding to pings of stimulus
Our nervous systems are like sacred instruments, constantly reacting to the world—sound, color, texture, memory. Healing means fine-tuning our responsiveness so we are not dominated by reaction, but dancing with life through intentional expression.

10. Our bodies digest everything.
Not just food—everything. Every image, every emotion, every conversation must be metabolized. If we don’t give ourselves time to rest, to burn through what we consume, we bloat on undigested impressions—spiritually, emotionally, physically.

11. Healing is holistic and happens through all four bodies
True recovery addresses the whole being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Physical healing may offer acute relief, but lasting change requires tending to all layers. Trauma lives in the tissues and in the spirit—thus recovery must move through breath, belief, biology, and belonging.

12. Everyone has a job—a note in the cosmic orchestra.
You are not here by accident. You are a tone that only you can play. When you don’t inhabit your frequency, the whole world sounds off-key. Harmony is not achieved by uniformity, but by everyone fully embodying their sacred sound.

13. The earth holds remedies for all that ails us.
Nature is not just scenic—it’s medicinal. Every imbalance we face has a counterpoint in the plant, mineral, or elemental world. The more we stray from natural rhythms and rely on synthetic inventions, the more we face illnesses we cannot naturally correct.

14. Every action is a transference of energy.
Nothing is ever “just a moment.” Every word, touch, or glance transmits a vibration that ripples outward. Harm isn’t always immediate, but it’s cumulative. Likewise, even the smallest loving act can restore balance in someone else’s day, body, or lineage.

15. Community heals because it tunes our instruments.
In isolation, our inner rhythm can falter. Community offers harmonics that help us find our pitch again. But not just any group will do—it must be one devoted to growth, honesty, and collective uplift. The right people don’t just accept you—they refine you.
