Rooted Guidance for the Healing Journey

Welcome. If you’ve landed here, it likely means something inside you is stirring—an ache to be more embodied as your authentic self. I hope you believe you are worthy of healing—that you do not need to live in pain, and that this life can be joyful …

Seeds of Sattva is not a clinical practice, but a sanctuary for insight, reflection, and sacred remembering. I offer peer-led guidance, community education, and storytelling rooted in nearly a decade of studying Ayurveda and healing from trauma, addiction, chronic illness, and disembodiment—guided by spiritual practice, plant medicine, and daily devotion to learning.

What a Session Looks Like

In a 1:1 Healing Integration Session, we explore what you’re currently moving through—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

We look at key areas such as:

  • Relationships, environment, and boundaries

  • Past/future influences and spiritual connection

  • Purpose, fulfillment, and dharma

You’ll receive a personalized healing map, with clear suggestions for :

  • Daily rhythms and lifestyle support

  • Practices and rituals

  • Readings, resources, and tools tailored to you

These sessions are collaborative—not prescriptive. You walk away with practical guidance that supports your unique path, grounded in both ancient wisdom and present-moment clarity.

1:1 Sessions —
Root to Rise

Initial Intake : 75 minutes
Sessions may include above mentioned guided reflection, ritual design, rhythm-building, nourishment mapping, or spiritual insight—tailored entirely to your needs. Ideal for individuals in recovery, postpartum, spiritual emergence, or life transition.

Please note: I am not a licensed therapist. These sessions are peer-based and spiritual in nature, drawing from my training in Recovery Dharma, Ayurveda, somatic practice, and ceremonial plant medicine traditions as well as my lived experience as a recovered addict and long time complex trauma survivor having faced childhood abuse, domestic violence, EDs, mental health challenges, and chronic illness.

Speaking Engagements & Educational Talks

I offer dynamic, heartfelt presentations for conferences, community events, and educational spaces on the following :

Wisdom from the Forest: Degrowth, Discernment & the Sacred Unmarketed

This talk is a clarion call for un-capitalizing healing.

Through the lens of my personal journey with plant medicine, I share how the forest taught me what no algorithm, product, or protocol could :
That true wellness is relational, seasonal, and slow. That healing is not something we consume — it's something we remember, together.

We’ll explore how the wellness industry has been co-opted by capitalist values — repackaging ancient traditions into aesthetics, selling symptom relief without structural change, and offering curated rituals for a world on fire.

Q&A Sessions for Clinicians

Are you a therapist, social worker, or clinical provider who wants to better understand the lived experience of addiction recovery—but haven’t been through it yourself? I offer compassionate, candid, and highly nuanced Q&A sessions to help bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and embodied insight on long-term recovery.

One-Hour Clinician Q&A

These sessions are best suited for individual practitioners or small teams seeking a grounded perspective on:

  • The emotional terrain of early and long-term recovery

  • Navigating relapse, shame, and spiritual disconnection

  • Plant medicine as a therapeutic ally—and a potential risk

  • Working with clients who are spiritually emergent or ceremonial participants
