Remedy + Resource : What Helps, Helps All ~~~

A still life of a kitchen countertop with a yellow ceramic jar holding a wooden pestle, sliced lemon and lime, a piece of ginger, a lemon and gray mug, on a green cutting board.

In the journey of healing, we often begin by looking inward—tending the roots of our inner world and reclaiming our relationship to body, rhythm, and connection. But eventually, the path opens outward. We begin to ask:
What has helped me? And how can I pass that help along?

Remedy + Resource is a space to gather and share the external supports—practical, soulful, structural—that make healing possible. These are the tools, guides, communities, and systems that restore balance, build resilience, and uplift collective well-being.

This is not a list of products or prescriptions. It is a living library of reciprocity—a reminder that healing is rarely done alone, and that we all carry wisdom worth sharing.

    In the Spirit of Reciprocity

Many of the remedies and resources shared here arise from traditions, lineages, and communities of color—Indigenous, Black, Brown, and queer healers who have tended these tools for generations.

    Whenever possible:

Give credit to the originators of practices
Donate to the teachers and lineages that support your healing
Stay curious and accountable about where your practices come from

Healing becomes collective when we root it in justice, gratitude, and respect.
